Evidence of Competence: Copies of nautical licenses and VHF certificates.

Digital Behavior Data: IP address, browsing history of vessels (via cookies).
Communication Data: Content of inquiries via web forms or our AI agent.

AI TECHNOLOGY

Interactive Communication Systems (AI Agent)

We use an AI virtual assistant on our website to improve user experience.

Purpose: Providing information about the fleet, availability, and general charter conditions.
Processing: The AI agent processes data you voluntarily provide during the conversation. Conversations may be stored to analyze service quality and resolve your inquiries.
Note: Users are informed that they are communicating with an automated system (AI). Please do not share sensitive financial data (credit card numbers) via the AI agent.
